CR8 for Windows is an easy to use and powerful software for printing plastic cards.
CR8 can be used to print ID's to colour card printers such as the Zebra(Eltron) P310* or Fargo DTC300* printers, as well as to high-capacity card printers.
CR8 features an easy to use database connection (ODBC) and also features ability to print cards manually through keyboard input. CR8 for Windows allows insertion of common graphic file types, and images can be 'framed' with a border easily. Variable, data-driven images can be displayed from a database.
CR8 now includes Twain support (for importing images from scanners and cameras) and database editing functions.
Barcodes are also supported through installed Barcode fonts. CR8 for Windows can be configured to use other barcode fonts, so you can use your existing fonts. CR8 for Windows can be configured to encode mag-stripe (Tracks 1, 2 and 3) to most card printers.
