With this in mind, CVitae wants to help you not only create a fancy CV, but also to find a job.

The setup process is over before you realize, letting you take the application for a spin as soon as it’s done. The visual design is pretty intuitive, and relies on custom-made elements for its buttons and fields. Although pretty complex, functions and edit areas are neatly organized so accommodation is not an inconvenience.

Files you create end up in the CVC format, but this isn’t an issue since the application wants to process them all. It can also be used by recruiters and companies to analyze CVs from candidates and schedule interviews from a dedicated section.

Most of the editor space represents the CV preview area. It can be quickly modified with several preset color schemes to match various CV types, and you can later on save to file or directly print on a sheet of paper.

All details you need to add are accessed from a side panel. These are gradually brought up at the press of a button, with preset requirement fields to minimize the effort required on your behalf. These include personal info, educational background and degrees, professional experience, skills, languages, and other, including a picture.

To make sure you have all you need to apply for a job, the application also comes with a cover letter editor. In case your PC is connected to the Internet, there’s a dedicated feature to attempt to find available jobs based on your location, and even apply.

CVitae is a practical application which is sure to help you make a good impression through a neatly structured CV. Cover letters can also be created, printed on sheets of paper. What’s more, you can also try to find jobs in your region and apply from the application interface.
