CaféTimePro Internet cafe software converts a desktop computer into a secure Internet/Application kiosk for use in Internet cafes and kiosks. With built-in timers, cash mode, prepay mode, coin mode, multiple languages, receipt printing capabilities, remote reporting, and many more features. CaféTimePro is one of the most powerful and versatile kiosk software platforms developed to date.

Customers never need any instructions to use CaféTimePro, it's that easy to use. One click and they're on their way. With many languages available and more being added all the time, CaféTimePro is perfect for internet café computers or stand alone kiosks.

CaféTimePro has been designed and tested to operate on up to 100 workstations networked together while tracking individual transactions and multiple workstation (kiosk) statistics.

Because CaféTimePro uses an HTML screen for the desktop (the main window viewed by your customers) you can have anything you want displayed including pictures, animations etc. Sample HTML screens are provided. Excellent for advertising or attracting customers. You decide how you want your kiosk/Internet Café Station to appear to your customers

· Prepaid accounts can be generated in advance for sale to customers.
· Coin Acceptor Ready:
· Connect to a coin acceptor mechanism via a COM/Serial port. The Timer Control Bar changes to a countdown clock with instructions for inserting coins.
· All applications are reset when time expires.
· Full reporting for coin operation.
· 3 Levels of Account Security:
· Included is Administrator, Manager and Staff administration levels.
· Account Control and Billing:
· Enable a Flat fee or variable fee rates. Set up your accounts to use scaling rates based on how long a session has been active or just use a flat rate for the entire session.

· Charge tax as inclusive or exclusive.
· Transaction Logging:
· Detailed or summary reports for all transactions.
· Remote Reporting:
· The Remote Reporter provides access to most reports from any location in the world with Internet access.

Requirements:

· MDAC 2.5 is required from Microsoft for Windows 98 installations (NOT version 2.6!).


Limitations:

· This is a full working version which can be used for up to 15 sessions. CaféTimePro can be installed as either a Client or Server but will only run as a single stand alone server for the trial period.
· For Stand Alone kiosks CaféTimePro must be installed as a Server.
