ESRA stands for Employee Surveillance and Remote Administration software. It is a computer program that will fully monitor the users of your computer so that you can see what programs are being used, what websites are really being visited, and, if necessary, will allow you to remotely block processes.
This is really useful in a company that has employees and wants to know all about their computer activity.
