EZShift

EZShift is an accessible and intuitive application designed especially for companies to keep track of employees shift times and manage additional information about them. It automatically creates weekly and monthly schedules for the entire team.

It's wrapped in well-organized and accessible layout divided into a section panel on the left side of the window, detailed options for each category, quick commands on the right and a calendar view. For the app to run, Microsoft Visual C++ must be present on the computer.

In order to access the program, a registration account is required. Once done, a wizard guides you through a few steps to set up the necessary information, such as business name, type, the number of members working in shifts, along with the scheduled period, the day the week starts and, if available, the number of other operating locations.

Next, you have to select the proper employee position, like managers, support or sales rep or add a custom one that best represents your company, as well as choose the shift work types you are applying (morning, noon, midnight). The last step displays the overall details about your business you just inputted. You can easily insert personal information about the staff, by inputting their full name, web login user, email address, mobile phone, employee ID number and the occupied position.

You have the option to edit their login details, deactivate their account from the automatic schedule and add a secondary position. For each one, the tool gives you the possibility to modify the shift number for every week, rest hours, set their priority and salary details. From the employee settings you can change the positions and related skill levels, the employment classification, create groups and teams and handle requests.

EZShift lets you set up the start and end hours for each shift, how many persons should be present for each period, and customize your own templates you can use to personalize the shifts. Plus, you have the option to make the program automatically or manually, communicate it to your staff through a note or email, as well as manage the special requests (e.g. vacation, sick leave, family occasion, training).
