Application used for inventory of technical equipment
Hi-Tech Manager will help you with the inventory of technical equipment in the small and medium companies (up to 1000 computers). A format of database - Access 2000. The basic difference of the given program from others similar is full universality, adjustment by filling corresponding lists.
The given factor, as a matter of fact, allows to build every possible configurations of the account on your discretion. The program is intended for automation of routine operations of the control, allocation and service of computer technics and other equipment in the company. It is most useful to chief of IT departments at the enterprises, system administrators and other responsible persons.
Using in work our software, you can always obtain data about where the equipment or separate components have been purchased, whether the warranty period has ended, to make the budget of a department (to plan need for necessary quantity of account materials for the certain period, components for a reserve on a case of possible refusals).
The basic applicability of the program to monitoring a full cycle of a life of technical equipment at the enterprise, delivery, moving, service and, eventually, deactivating after service life.
