Project Reader description
|
A useful software which can show the projects created with Microsoft Project
Project Reader is a useful software which can show the projects created with Microsoft Project and stored in MPP format, XML format or in database format. It enables to view the project data in the form of Gantt Diagram, Resource Sheet, Task Usage and Resource Usage.
All the views can be customized through "view tables" and can be printed in WYSYWYG mode.
Notes:
Inside Microsoft Project, if you want to save the project in the Mdb/Mpd format, ask for save (File -> Save as ) specifyng, as file type, the Project Database format (*.mpd) or Microsoft Access Database (*.mdb). Through the Options menu (Tools -> Options -> Save) it is possible to set the default save format.
Inside Microsoft Project if you want to save the project in a Oracle or MSSqlServer DBMS, ask for save (File -> Save as), selecting ODBC and specifyng the ODBC entry with the right configuration. Here are some key features of "Project Reader":
