My Cashflow is a compact and useful program that can help you keep track of your accounts and expenses in order to visualize your own cash-flow. Unlike most money programs this product focuses on your current cash situation as it stands today and what the outlook is for the days, weeks and months ahead.
My Cashflow is not a traditional income/expense ledger program like Quicken or Mint. There is no need to enter detailed receipts for past spending or earnings since its not concerned about how you got to where you are.
You can continue to use your current tools (Quicken, Spread Sheet, shoe box) to calculate or keep track of your current financial position then use My Cashflow to project ahead.
Here are some key features of "My Cashflow":
· A simple chart (shown above) that instantly reflects your short and long term cash flow based on the current account balances and transactions you enter. This chart lets you see immediately if and when your balance falls below zero.
· An editor that lets you enter your current account balances. Your current accounts are your liquid cash accounts like checking, savings and cash-on-hand. The total balance of these accounts is the starting point for your cash flow.
