Maintenance Pro makes it easy to track and organize preventive and repair maintenance for your equipment. Whether you are tracking office equipment, facility equipment, machinery or any type of object that requires maintenance, this application will do the job.
Automated and color-coded alerts instantly show you which equipment requires attention at all times. You can easily create different PM schedules for different types of equipment and define your own custom maintenance tasks to track by date and/or meter.

When work needs to be performed, work orders can be generated with a click of a button and if desired, automatically populated with the required maintenance and/or parts. In addition, you can itemize preventive maintenance, repairs, part details, and labor details on each work order.

Track many details about each of your assets for reference. If needed, numerous user defined fields are also provided for tracking other types of information that are important to you.

Maintenance Pro also includes over 100 reports. With any report, you can specify detailed report-filtering criteria to analyze only the data you need.

· Maintenance Pro features a user-friendly, tree-like structure, which allows you to categorize and quickly locate your equipment. To further aid in tree navigation, you can assign any of 200+ icons to each piece of equipment and to each category.

Preventive Maintenance:
· Maintenance Pro allows you to define your own preventive maintenance schedules and services, which can be tracked by date and/or meter. While an extensive library of predefined services is at your fingertips, you can quickly create your own, custom services to fit your needs. Maintenance Pro offers the flexibility of tracking standard, interval-based maintenance or fixed-expiration maintenance, as required.

Repair Maintenance:
· Repair maintenance tracking is essential to your equipment management. Maintenance Pro enables you to track and monitor trends in repair maintenance, so you can decide whether to keep or retire a piece of equipment. As you schedule unexpected repairs, Maintenance Pro automatically notifies you when they are due.

Maintenance Due Notifications:
· Maintenance Pro automatically calculates when preventive maintenance and repairs are due for your equipment and informs you of the results. At all times, the main screen highlights equipment, which requires attention. For quick visual identification, equipment due (or overdue) for service is shaded red, while equipment soon due for service is shaded yellow.

History Recording:
· Evaluating the maintenance history of your equipment decreases downtime and outlines future financial requirements for the equipment vital to your company. As you close work orders and record maintenance for your equipment, Maintenance Pro maintains a detailed maintenance history. Each history record includes the fundamental date, meter reading, and description of work performed, as well as a detailed breakdown of the individual PM, repairs, labor, and parts involved. Maintenance Pro also stores itemized costs and taxes for each detail of your history entries.

Parts (Deluxe and Professional Editions only):
· The comprehensive Maintenance Pro parts system allows you to itemize the parts your equipment needs. You can record part details, such as part numbers, descriptions, unit costs, vendors, etc. With the Barcoding Add-on, you can track parts by scanning UPC symbols and other barcodes. The built-in reports provide part data in the format you need to keep your parts well organized.
· The Maintenance Pro Professional Edition includes part inventory management. You can manage your part stock with re-order notifications, part associations, and a built-in purchase order system.

Work Orders (Professional Edition only):
· The work order system generates work orders based on the maintenance due for each piece of equipment. This edition of our CMMS software automatically adds the necessary PM, repairs, and associated parts to the work order. (You can also create work orders manually as you see fit.) After the work has been performed, and you close the work order, Maintenance Pro automatically updates all related services for that piece of equipment and stores the entire work order in the history database. Work order reports complete this feature, by allowing you to view the data in detailed and summary formats.
