    OfficePax is a software suite that will help small and mid-sized businesses increase productivity and help their bottom line without the expense and IT commitment of purchasing and supporting expensive Windows servers.

    Companies - regardless of size - have been forced to use dedicated servers to support the tools they need, including email, shared contacts and contact management, calendaring, instant messaging, billing and invoicing, file transfer and timesheets.

    OfficePax runs on any NT platform, so there is no need to install a dedicated server to run it. Not only does this save money up front, but it eliminates the need for full-time IT support to manage the system.

    · The OfficePax Shared Calendar provides you with a smooth and easy platform to manage your appointments and keep track of meetings. Our calendar was developed to allow simple user switching to allow you to instantly view the appointments and schedules of other users on your network. You can easily import your existing calendar schedule from both Outlook™ and ACT!™
    · The best feature in OfficePax is that you can work locally as you would remotely. The way you connect is though a local IP address, public IP address, Domain name, or PID (Provider ID - which we allocate to you).
    · The OfficePax Shared Email provides you with a smooth and easy platform to manage your email and collaborate with other users. Officepax gives you simple user switching to allow you to instantly view the email (Given that you have proper permissions) of other users on your network, and set rules allowing you to move, forward, block emails. You can easily import your existing email from both Outlook™ and ACT!™
    · The OfficePax Invoicing and Billing feature provides you with an easy to use platform to manage your client billing and handle all your invoicing and statements. Both features are shared on the network, and as such, can be used by anyone to update and create new invoices and billing statements. OfficePax will calculate and record balances and overdue payments.
    · The OfficePax System Reports and Report Generator is a feature that provides you a platform to produce reports of billing, invoicing, quotes and more. The reports can be exported as a PDF, Text Document, Spreadsheet, etc.
    · The Shared Tasks component provides you and your company with a platform that can be used to track current projects being performed. This is a great substitute for the more expensive project management systems on the market today.
    · The OfficePax Shared Folders feature is a one of a kind feature that provides you with an easy and simple yet effective file sharing capability though your network, both locally and remotely. It was designed to provide you with a platform to enter and retrieve files from your server/computer, while in the office and away. The method for connecting is built-in, so there is no need for additional security configurations. By far the easiest remote file access ever!
    · The OfficePax file transfer services are broken down into to two categories; inter-network & outer-network transfers. The inter-network transfers are based on the instant messaging + shared folders features located within the client window of OfficePax, as well as the 99Sent™ file transfer service.The outer-network transfer system is called Tirminal™
    · The OfficePax Shared Contacts feature provides you with a smooth and easy platform to manage your contacts and keep track of interactions. You can easily import your existing contacts from both Outlook™ , ACT!™ and Goldmine™.
    · The OfficePax Shared Time Sheet was designed to give our clients a basis to record working time, and to effectively print out reports showing time, clients, type of work and comments on the labor performed. It also comes with a 'timer' feature, that records the seconds that you are working - just incase you wish to have an exact record down to the Second!
    · The OfficePax Secure Instant Messenger is a feature in the main page of the software. The IM allows for a secure method to instant message other users on the network, and well as send unlimited file sizes to and from. Our messenger is proprietary, and is included upon installation.
