Operative LogIn

Operative LogIn is monitoring software that enables you, as an employee to clock-in or clock-out, in order to mark the start or end of your work program. As an administrator, you may view the exact number of hours of work performed by each user, since the software can generate a report in the form of a calendar.

Operative LogIn allows you to mark the starting hour of your work day, by logging into the program, using your assigned credentials: the username and the password. As an administrator you have access to the daily employee work reports, which you may view by the month. The report is presented to you as a calendar, with the user’s name, along with the corresponding date and number of hours/minutes that they spent at work.

As an employee, you need to log in or log out, using your password, each time. For security reasons, the password cannot be typed, instead you may click on the symbol buttons in order to create the correct sequence. Several users can clock in with Operative LogIn, simultaneously, if none of them is the Administrator.

Operative LogIn is simple to use and can monitor the work schedule of the users who log in to it. The software displays a clock, in its interface, relaying the system time, which is also used to measure the hours spent by an employee at work. The software can remember the status of each user - whether they logged in or out, however, it does not display any indicator as to who these users are. Moreover, once you log in, the software does not notify you of your active status.

Moreover, the software cannot operate remotely, meaning that, as an administrator, you need to log in to the computer on which the monitoring was performed, in order to view the logs.

Operative LogIn is a reliable application for monitoring the time spent by a particular user in front of the computer on which it runs. It is easy to use, since it is portable and it supports several users. It is suitable for a shift configuration in which all employees use the same computer, for a free-lancer who bills their work by the hour or for timing the children’s activity on the shared computer.
