PerfectTablePlan is the easiest way to make a table seating plan for your wedding, event or celebration. Just add information about your guests (including who should sit near who), decide the sizes and shapes of the tables and click on the automatic layout button. PerfectTablePlan will assign guests to tables for you.
PerfectTablePlan can also recalculate a new table plan if you get cancellations, saving you a lot of stress. It is so much easier than spending hours scribbling on bits of paper! PerfectTablePlan can even import guest lists from other applications, such as spreadsheets and address books, so that you do not have to type in all the guest information again.

ENHANCEMENTS:
All editions:
· Visualization using colours and icons now works for rectangular and chair seats (previously it only worked for circular seats).
· Seat number are now larger when they are displayed on tables in the Floor plan and Table plan panes. This should make them easier to read, e.g. in the VDU Chart pane. Thank you to Richard G for suggesting this.
· You can press the Esc (escape) key on your keyboard to cancel whatever you have typed in a Search field. Thank you to David P for suggesting this.
Advanced and Professional editions:
