· Hard Disk: Approximately 30 MB of available hard-disk space for the RealtyWare program files. Additional hard-disk space is required for the database files, dictionaries and Microsoft .NET Framework.

· Outlook-like scheduler/calendar for all users, contacts and properties.
· The "RealtyWare XML" property upload format has been expanded with many new fields.
· It is now possible to re-assign activities to another contact or user.
· Import of contacts from CSV files.
· The RealtyWare word processor now uses the same default paragraph spacing as Microsoft Word 2007 for new templates, improving WYSIWYG when composing templates for email merges. Existing templates are not affected by this change.
· When creating a new activity, and the start date of the activity is in the future, the "Status" of the activity is set to "Pending" by default.
· It is now possible to insert a Microsoft Word 2007 .docx file in the word processor.
· A "Clear Field" button as been added to the report designer toolbar.

· Several layout problems in the reporting engine.
· Saving a report definition to a file sometimes caused an "invalid filename" error message.
· Reports had sometimes incorrect margins when being previewed or exported as PDF files.
· Attaching malformed email message via the "Create Activity Drop-box" caused sometimes an error and closed the program.
· Failed copy & paste operations in the report designer no longer cause an error.
· Opening and closing the "Database Connection Properties" dialog sometimes caused unpredictable changes to the "Document Options" settings.
· It is not loner possible to add more than one address record to a property.
· It was not possible to clear/remove contact pictures.
· Several minor UI improvements.
· The user is now prompted to confirm the addition of new contacts and properties.
· When an unhandled exception (error) occurs, the program no longer closes automatically after submitting the error report. Instead, the user is prompted to manually restart RealtyWare.
· The activity reminder window is not displayed or refreshed if a time consuming task is being performed, such as a mail merge or property upload.
· Page headers and footers in the word processor are now activated by a single mouse click (a double-click was previously required).
· Better support of large screen fonts.
