Setting up company details
You can easily change the details of your company, such as name, address, applied VAT rate or associated bank, as well as add a personalized logo. All the data is displayed on the final document and can be previewed before printing.
The software can store numerous clients’ details in the database, which makes it easy for you to select them and generate an invoice for a specified order. All transactions are saved in the customers' profiles as well.
You can draw up multiple types of documents, such as tax invoices, order invoices, credit notes or quotation, that can automatically receive an identification number. You can bill your customers by quantity and unit cost, if they purchase merchandise or for hours and rates per hour, in the object of your business is services provision.
You need to select the currency and enter the quantity and price per unit in the preset table. The software automatically calculates the final price, taking the VAT value into consideration as well. You can generate one document per order, regardless of how many items or types of items were purchased.
Statements and transactions
You may view and print all transactions afferent to the selected client in a specified period of time. The customer statement includes the history of your collaboration as well as the total bills, for each order. The software can also calculate payments in advance or if the amount paid is higher than the owed sum.
