    Control Center:
    · The Control Center is a main screen that breaks down all pertinent clinic related data including but not limited too: Patients scheduled, not scheduled, not authorized, on hold, visit totals and breakdowns, Scheduling and Productivity rates, user tasks, and patients to follow up on.

    Security /User Configurations:
    · Supports individual user logins with variable access rights
    · Assign one of seven default security levels to each user.
    · Further customize each user profile for based on 16 access permissions and 7 system customizations including visual effects, default scheduling views and other system tweaks.
    · Auto Log Off after 20 minutes
    · Vital Patient demographic information not displayed on main screens
    · Each user can create a custom view of only the resources they need

    Integration:
    · Data stored in Microsoft Access database which is compatible with most third party software especially Microsoft Office.
    · Data and reports can be exported to Microsoft Office solutions. Many mail merge queries are included to combine the power of Schedule XP with Microsoft Word, Publisher, and other Microsoft solutions.
    · Schedule XP does not link with other medical software. This means there is only one version of SXP and we are not limited by other software systems that are not as robust. This also means that we have significantly fewer compatibility issues in releasing new ideas and features and can release them quicker.
    · All features in Schedule XP are functional and included. There are no additional add-ins to purchase.
    · Schedule XP automates patch installation and future upgrades so that they require minimal user intervention. No more searching for file paths or installation directories.

    · The AutoTasking feature can automatically create tasks for specified users based on new referral sources, new patients, and discharged patients.

    · Demo mode limits you to no more than 10 patients.
    · Schedule XP can be registered as a Free Edition but with several exceptions:
    · Only a couple reports are available for printing.
    · You cannot network Schedule XP across multiple computers
    · Power features such as Data Tables, Pivot Charts and Tables are not available
    · User Audit information is not displayed...You can't find out who did what in the system
    · Tasks including the AutoTask feature are not available.
    · The Today, Dashboard, and Active List forms are not available
