Service Inventory Manager is a multi-functional software that enables you to manage your commercial business easily and quickly. The software enables you to oversee both basic features of your company, as well as advanced aspects and manage the relation with the clients.

Service Inventory Manager allows you to configure several aspects of your company, starting with applied taxes, field of activity, manufacturers, preferred payment methods or storage locations. The software supports Firebird database files and allows you to load the desired storage document before opening it the first time.

The software indicates the database path, but does not allow you to load a different file. Otherwise, once the database opened, you can easily modify the entries, regarding measure units, manufacturers, payment methods, places/locations, storage or employees. The software allows you to easily navigate through the rows or columns in a table, add new entries or delete unwanted ones. Moreover, you can add new columns. Each entry requires that you provide the necessary data, including codes, names and values.

The inventory records can be viewed or renewed from the Advances modules menu. You can access the materials, products, partner companies and suppliers. The commercial side of your business can easily be configured and managed, since the software allows you to update prices, offers and to place purchase orders at any time.

Service Inventory Manager is a comprehensive tool for generating an invoice, since it allows you to fill in the required fields both by selecting the entries from the database or by manually typing them. In case you wish to quickly create an invoice, without adding the client to the database, this feature can come in handy. Receipts, transfer notes or purchase orders can be created, printed or exported to Excel sheets.

Aside from allowing you to generate the required paperwork that enables you to sell or buy merchandise, the software can also keep records of your inventory. Stocks levels need to be kept under constant surveillance, which is why Service Inventory Manager can instantly generate reports on stock states, materials and articles.
