Contact management grants you integral and safe disposal site for filing all your existing or potential customers�detailes. Activities
Activity management forms a core of Sprinx CRM system that enables planning, executing and monitoring business operations of the company effectively.
It offers to sales-persons tools for day-to-day treatment of particular business cases and all related activities, from verification of interest to creation the final offer.
The system allows you to track complete history of communication with customers and provides to managers extended survey about activities of particular sales-persons as well as about results of the sales department.
Document management
Document management offers organized storage and manipulation with company documents, assures secure access of particular users (or user groups) and manages their access rights.
Documents are linked with company contacts, activities or business cases. The system also contains tools for effective and efficient search through contacts.
Here are some key features of "Sprinx CRM Start":
· Sprinx CRM embedded in Outlook - Sprinx CRM can be now run inside Microsoft Outlook application. User interface is accessible directly from Microsoft Outlook and there is no need to switch between windows.
· Access from mobile client - Selected features of Sprinx CRM are accessible online by smartphone or other PDA device. Contact search, for example, can be used by a remote user to quickly and easily search for a company contact stored in CRM.
· CRM Browser - A brand new search feature. User can search for company, person, activity or opportunity on one single screen. When a beginning of a company name is entered then all relevant companies are displayed in a list. If a company is selected then columns for contact persons, activities and opportunities are filled with contact persons, activities and opportunities related to the selected company.
· New improved calendar - Personal calendar provides tabular view of events and offers a new drag&drop feature to easily move events just by one click of a mouse. To move a meeting from one day to another is now very easy and intuitive.
· Private activities - Activity can be marked as private and this activity is no longer displayed to other users in the shared calendar. User can now use their calendar for both private and public activities.
· Company and person categories - Companies and persons can be assigned to categories. There can be unlimited number of categories in the system and one subject can be assigned to one or more categories. Category can be indicated by a graphic symbol on the company card.
· Microsoft Outlook 2007 synchronization - There is a new Sprinx CRM Outlook Sync application to synchronize events, tasks and activities between Sprinx CRM and Microsoft Outlook. This version of Sprinx CRM Outlook Sync is fully compatible with Microsoft Office 2007.
· Missed call message - New feature to send a missed call message when a called person is not present. Assistant that handles incoming phone calls can send an email message with a link to relevant contact in CRM just by a single click.
· Accounting integration - Sprinx CRM can be easily integrated with accounting systems Money S3, Abra, Pohoda or Omega. There can be a list of received and issued invoices or total turnover on the customer card. Integration can be extended to other accounting systems or ERP systems on demand.
· Intergation to ARES and Justice - When a new company is created user can enter only ID and other company data are automatically downloaded from the ARES register of Czech Treasury Department. Another option is to search company by ID or by company name in the Justice register of Czech Department of Justice. Validating data against official register improves quality of information in CRM and saves time.
· Access control to contacts - Access to contacts and activities can be controlled by user groups. If needed business team can be divided to groups that can not see contacts and activities of the other groups.
· Task delegation - Tasks can be now delegated to other person and a task completion can be then monitored.
· New reports - Application contains a set of new reports. One of them is a graphical representation of a sales pipeline. Report displays a number of opportunities in certain phases.
· Sprinx CRM Activity Gadget - Do you need to have an overview of all activities in your sales department? Do you want to read the email from the most important customer even before your sales manager does? You can have all the activities from your CRM directly on your desktop. With the Sprinx CRM Activity Gadget you can easily see a couple of the last events or tasks from your Sprinx CRM (see picture bellow). Just one click and you can see a detail with all the important information.

· External sales data integration - Your sales data can be imported into CRM application and can be displayed as a table or graph directly on the customer card. There is also a summary report available to show data for all customers. For example, you can easily display product sales history for a particular customer for the last 12 months.
· Sprinx CRM in English or Czech - User can now select a language for the installation process as well as for the installed Sprinx CRM application. Sprinx CRM can be run in English or Czech.
· New business registers interface - External web services interface for business registers can be now configured for each country individually. Company information can be viewed in external data source not only in Czech Republic but also in Slovakia now. More countries will follow.
· Show on map worldwide - Sprinx CRM application now automatically selects the best map for given county to show company address on. Mapy.atlas.cz and mapy.atlas.sk are used for Czech Republic and Slovakia, Goggle Maps are used for the rest of the world.
· Currency settings - A default currency can be now configured for Sprinx CRM application.
