YNAB Pro is a comprehensive software program that enables you to effortlessly balance your budget in a user-friendly environment. It benefits businessmen and common users alike.
The interface of the application is professional-looking and intuitive. You can import data from a Microsoft Excel document (XLS format) or start a new project from scratch.
It is possible to create as many accounts as you want and manage them in multiple tabs, provided that you fill in the name, current or most recently known balance, date of known balance and account type (e.g. checking, credit loan). They can be edited, deleted or hidden at any time.
Adding a new transaction to the budget list is particularly simple, as you can point out the date, payee, category (e.g. charity, medical, food), memo (e.g. starting balance), inflow and outflow.
Transactions may be sorted in the list (e.g. by date - increasing or decreasing) and split. Plus, you can customize the categories and view a calendar of the budget, as well as schedule new transactions and generate reports (e.g. spending by category, current balances).
YNAB Pro provides a backup and restore service, and lets you import transactions from a bank or credit card (QFX, OFX, QIF or CSV files). Moreover, you can edit payee rules by creating if..then statements, print reports, as well as enable automatic backups.
