FontViewOK

FontViewOK is a software utility designed specifically in order to help you quickly view all the fonts installed on your computer.

This is a portable tool, meaning that installing it is not a prerequisite. As a consequence, the Windows registry and Start menu/screen are not going to be affected by it in any way.
