for managing your Pilates exercise routines, cooking and a myriad of similar activities.

AltaTimer lets you play sounds signaling the start and end of each step, or at regular intervals during the step. While the timer is running, you
can pause it, skip forwards or backwards, or seek to any step. You can save your timers in files that you can use later. Help includes a QuickStart
