Just open the BMR Calculator, select your gender and enter your age, weight and height. Then, press "Calculate Daily Calorie Needs". Leave lifestyle option on "Sedentary".

You can also use the BMR calculator to see how many extra calories you consume when active by selecting one of the other lifestyle options: "Light activity", "Moderate activity" or "Very active".
