For those fortunate enough to still be able to spare some time for their body's health, Your Workout Planner is a great app that lets you plan your workout in a way that suits your needs and time restrictions.
Like all other store apps, this utility boasts a minimalist and straightforward UI that is extremely welcoming, even for people who have never used any similar apps. What this app does is it lets you plan your workout routines for each day of the week, so that you never forget to get something done, while also remembering not to overexert yourself. You choose what day you want to work out from the list of seven tiles that are colored differently for better recognition, and you start inputting all the necessary data.
Among the information you can input, we can mention the workout's name, the muscle it targets, the number of sets and reps, the weight used and the rest and cardio periods. While these brackets may seem enough for beginners, those of you who are using more complex workout variations might find it to be a bit lacking. For example, the layout is not tailored towards those of you that use a pyramid or reverse-pyramid training scheme, since you'd have to fill out about four to five rows just for one workout routine. One thing worth mentioning is that the app lacks any built-in printing feature or a button that would link you to your PC's printer, which could come in handy for those that want to print out their workout routine to have it with them at the gym.
While Your Workout Planner isn't all that impressive when it comes to the features it offers, it can still come in handy for those that need to plan out their workouts ahead, and those that use simple workout routines.
