Declan's Chinese Dictionary is a program that uses the 23,000 word CEDICT Chinese-English dictionary database.

Both the GB (Simplified) and Big5 (Traditional) versions of the databases can be used. Declan's Chinese Dictionary allows flexible searches of the dictionary including Pinyin searches (with and without tone numbers).

Full integration with the windows clipboard is also included which allows the word, its pronunciation or its meaning to be pasted into other Windows applications.
