When you activate the EarthquakeView, it will check for earthquakes at regular intervals. While the program is running, the user will be notified by sight and sound that a new earthquake has occurred.
EarthquakeView is mainly designed to display earthquakes of Magnitude 2.5 or up anywhere in the world
