FX Graph is a simple-to-use application that enables you to creates graphs, as the name implies. It targets mathematical students and other similar users.
The interface is based on a clean and well-organized window. FX Graph supports multiple tabs, allowing you to work on multiple projects at the same time.
By right-clicking the mouse anywhere on the graph, you can edit its properties, starting with writing functions. It is possible to specify the x and y axis names and maximum values, choose the line style, weight, point size and color for the selected function, as well as pick the angle measurement unit.
Furthermore, you may edit function properties, show a grid and configure settings (e.g. lines or points, style, weight and colors of the x major and minor), as well as customize preferences for the scale and axes.
FX Graph lets you zoom in and out of the graph, add points and tangent lines to the functions and plane, draw integrals on graphs, as well as show a table of values for a function. The graph can be saved to file for further modifications, or exported to an image file with the EMF, GIF, PNG or BMP format.
The utility offers multilingual support, has a good response time and uses a low-to-moderate quantity of CPU and RAM. No error dialogs have been shown throughout our evaluation, and the app did not hang or crash. Too bad that FX Graph has not been updated for a while.
