You can pick the result by clicking "Mark as Answer" and proceed to next question. For the mathematical problems is recommended to have a pen and paper next to you for resolving them faster. After finishing the assessment, the app displays the results sheet with the question number, the proper and selected answer, and the result (correct, wrong, not attempted).

An overall summary can be viewed under the table, with the amount of right, wrong, and unanswered questions. It would've been nice if the tool provided an option to print out the questionnaire, along with the report.
