Time was and still is a vital resource in our lives. Every day we try to manage it as efficient as we can, along with our important assignments and daily duties. However, with our busy lives, it's hard to keep track of such essential activities without a smart manager, like GeeTeeDee.

It comes bundled lightweight to provide you with only the necessary elements to record and store your tasks and day-by-day chores. This is the installer version of GeeTeeDee Portable, and offers a swift and uncomplicated installation.

The app is wrapped in a neat and minimal interface, with a compact mode, which quickly hides the edit and preview panels, leaving more space to enter your tasks. On the left side of the window, you can find the inbox that comes with a few samples, the complete and trash functions.

Sadly, there are no additional settings you can tweak, like visual and appearance properties. Compared with other similar tools, the displayed colors don't bother the eyes, while the other details are presented in high-quality.

If you want to make your own categories, all you need to do is right-click on the panel, and enter the name and icon of the folder. Tasks are easily entered by pressing the New button, and filling in the title, notes, and due date. Keep in mind that the utility doesn't come with a visual or audio reminder, so you have to check them from time to time.

It would've been a good addition if a protection or encryption system was built-in to keep your information away from being accessed and modified. Another downside is the lack of export or import options, as you aren't able to save your records to any file formats.

The bottom line is that GeeTeeDee is a useful program that comes in handy for those who only need to add and structure their tasks, not to forget, and mark completed ones.
