It's wrapped in a user-friendly yet outdated interface with six distinct tabs, namely, user creator and profile, main database, favorites and diary/planner. The app can be used by everyone, as it doesn't require any types of skills. The panel can be toggled only between the full-screen and small window.
To get started, you just have to create a new username and set up some personal details, such as weight, height, age, gender and lifestyle. You can input the target weight and time interval, based on which the BMI is calculated, including the daily calorie intake to reach your goal.
