Medical Records

Medical Records is a small yet useful application designed to help keep track of your or another family member's medical history that can include health information, doctors and medication.

The interface is well-organized and clean, making it accessible to everyone. The record is divided into five distinct tabs, namely "General", "Doctors", "Medication", "History" and "ID".

To get started, you can import an existing file from the computer or create a new one from scratch. You can begin by filling in the general details, such as full name, home address, mobile phones, social security number, marital status and birth date, along with medical and dental insurance info.

You have the option to type in known allergies, additional notes, as well as emergency names, phone numbers and addresses. It's possible to enter information about different doctors (primary, specialist, vision) and caretakers.

Medical Records lets you add detailed data about prescribed medications with their name, purpose, dosage and cautions. The same categories are applied for non-prescription medications and supplements.

You can enter the pharmacy name and address, where the pills are bought. All the content can be customized with font types, sizes, styles and colors.

The app also offers the choice to add information about hospitalization, operations, immunization checklist, and family history (e.g. heart attack, stroke, alcoholism). Last but not least, you have the option to make a small ID with the most important details and attach a profile picture.

To sum it up, Medical Records is a comprehensive program that comes in handy especially for your family to keep a sharp eye on the medical history of all the sick members, as well as enter allergies, operations and info about each doctor.
