Portable teachMe is a handy utility that will enable you to create and manage a vocabulary of your own.
Portable teachMe displays entries in a form of small pop-up windows on a user's desktop. The appearance, number of simultaneously displayed pop-up windows or position can be soever customized, allowing users to use TeachMe during everyday work.
Dictionaries used by Portable teachMe can be downloaded from the internet or created directly by user. Any thinkable language is supported.
