QFormatConverter 2.0

QFormatConverter is a configurable tool allowing convert a list of decimals values to a list of Q format values.

You will need to place each input decimal value on a separate line. Each value must be less than 1 and greater or equal -1.

Users can easily import new data, either by loading it from a file or pasting it from clipboard.
