After that Weight Loss Program starts tracking your progress. On a daily basis you use the Food Database to add the foods you eat to My Menu and the Activity Database to add the activities you perform to My Routine. You also enter your current weight and other body measurements.

Weight Loss Program uses these data to calculate your caloric balance and give you recommendations on how to alter your intake and/or expenditure to achieve your goal weight.
