"BREATHE" can help the user reach the goal of quitting smoking. Featuring the soothing voice of a certified hypnotherapist, BREATHE offers 1, 4 and 17-minute sessions of encouraging and positive words.
Sessions may be augmented by a Theta Brainwave Synchronizer and a Babbling Brook sound. Features also include a dynamic Hypno Wheel, volume control, and pause/resume options.
How To Use the BREATHE Sessions:
The use of earphones is recommended for each session. Earphones will help you receive the optimum benefit from Theta Brainwave vibrations, which enhance our ability to relax in the meditative state.
For your initial experience using this software, find a time when you will not be disturbed and listen to the three segments in the order of 17 minutes, 4 minutes, and 1 minute.
For future sessions, choose the timed segment that fits your needs and time frame.
Each time you listen to the words spoken, notice how you become more and more in tune to realizing your goal of being a non-smoker.
