Routines can be saved on files and therefore be recovered in any moment to keep them updated. Expiration feature notifies when workouts need to be updated.

Gym trainer gives you the possibility to customize working programs and exercise names following your preferences, culture and standards.
The training table (or document) can also be saved as a file using the standard windows approach. Documents can be archived in the way you preferr.
Each document can also be saved as template. A Template document is a special file that can be used as a starting point for creating other new documents to be after customize following the athlets needs.
