Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and sulphur hexafluoride are gases used in refrigeration, air conditioning and fire protection applications.

Due to their substantial potential for environment pollution, leakages regarding these refrigerants have to be closely monitored and reported.

Leaklog is a software solution that enables you to manage your service company and keep track of customers, inspections and repairs. The applications can range from commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps, all the way to industrial and transport refrigeration. You can monitor every type of leakage and view a table detailing the total amounts for every category.

The application also enables you to add and manage inspectors, along with their email address, phone number and their total number of inspections and repairs. They can be assigned to various inspection jobs and you can keep track of their overall activity.

Leaklog can create and keep detailed circuit logbooks for every customer and performed inspection. You can view circuit information such as manufacturer, serial number, date of commissioning and the date of the last inspection. More customers and circuits can be added if you have more than one field of application.

The inspection logbooks contain vast amounts of parameters and information that is observed during the examination. You can keep records of the pressures, temperatures, refrigerant recoveries and assembly record numbers. All the data is contained into tables and it can be easily exported to PDF files or HTML documents.
