The user interface is plain and simple. You are provided with several options when it comes to sounds, varying from ocean waves, rain and thunder to wind chimes, chirping frogs and singing birds.

Each option has several modes available, but you can also choose one from the four relaxation modules - "Native American Flute", "Piano", "Ambient Dub" and "Hand Drumming".

So, you can mix them together, adjust their volume and select their frequency. But you can also set up a countdown timer. Plus, you can select a visualization, get plugins, change background color (or insert an image) and display text (inspirational affirmations), in order to customize your relaxation module.

On the other hand, you can simply select one from the dozen factory presets, such as "Wide Awake", "Immune System Boost", "Enhanced Learning", "Mood Lifter" and "Sleep Induction".

The program uses a moderate amount of system CPU and memory, has pleasant high-quality sounds and contains a help file which describes every aspect of NATURA Sound Therapy, as well as information on brainwaves.

The only downfall to NATURA Sound Therapy is that you cannot switch visualizations to full screen mode. Other than that, we strongly recommend this software to any users who wants to focus and relax.
