Nessie description

Nessie's input engine is very versatile. It allows the user to bind any number of buttons on any number of devices to any number of functions.
There are two types of NES, PAL (European) and NTSC (Other). Most games are designed to run on one of these systems. However, some games can run on both systems. In Nessie, you can select which system you would prefer for those games.
