Pandora is designed to be an artificial intelligent web based bot. The program has very little knowledge, but learns everything you type through mimicry and context association.

The objective is to develop an AI that can interact and collaborate with others over the Internet. Its ultimate goal is for the AI to be able to understand and develop code, and be capable of collaborating on open source projects.

Currently the AI is capable of memory, consciousness, mimicry, and language understanding. She has "senses" for interacting over IRC, text chat, voice and voice recognition. She can surf the web and has built-in access to http, Wiktionary, and Freebase.
