Windows 8 Log Collector is designed to help you in case you need to copy your system specifications or logs, such as Event Viewer logs or MSINFO32 file and even dump files to troubleshoot various system crashes or even Bluescreen of death.
Using this tool you can collect almost all the information required to troubleshoot your computer with a single click. The buttons are marked with the names of the log files that you can grab. Click any of the buttons to obtain the respective log files.
It generates the log under Desktop under a folder named W8. Or you could select Grab all to collect all the files i.e. MSINFO32, Minidump, event logs, host file, and Internet Explorer repair log. When you run the tool make sure you right click on the icon and click on "Run as administrator" otherwise it will generate an unhandled exception error. This is a updated version of a SF Diagnostic Tool.
