PDF Counter

PDF Counter is a lightweight Windows application whose purpose is to help you count the number of PDF and TIFF files, as well as the number of pages included in selected directory.

The tool offers support for a multi-tabbed interface that allows you to view general information about the processed files, export the list with files and pages, as well as check the error console and output summary.

Directories can be added into the working environment using the built-in browse button, so you cannot rely on the “drag and drop” support.

The program gives you the possibility to select the folders that contain the PDF and TIFF files, and with just one click on the “Count Pages” button, it automatically displays the information in the primary panel.

PDF Counter provides details about the number of files and pages, and size for the PDFs and TIFF files. Plus, it reveals the total number of found items.

The list, which includes data about the file path and name, file extension, size, and number of pages detected in each document, can be exported to CSV file format. The tool is also able to provide a detailed report for each page (file path, name, file extension, page dimensions) and save data to CSV file format.

Last but not least, you can check if there are any errors and view a summary about the entire process reporting data about the total number of detected PDF and TIFF files and pages. During our testing we have noticed that PDF Counter carries out a task very quickly and leaves a minimal footprint on system resources.
