Portable TranslateClient can be launched from the system tray, where you can find various commands. Thus, you can open the translator window, allow Pop-Up translation or automatically replace the phrases you’re jotting down.

Some customization options are available for this software. Thus, you can set the translate action, assign a hot key, define proxy settings and search in Wikipedia. Some modifications can be made to the way the pop-up window is displayed.
