Portable OooPlayer

Aside from common files such as MP3, AAC, OGG, FLAC or WMA, it can also load , ALAC, APE, MPC, TTA, WV, AC3, SPX, TAK or OFR files. In addition to this, it can save and load playlists in PPF, M3U and M3U8 format.

To add new files to your playlist, you can either select them one by one or choose an entire folder and let the application do the rest. Songs can be played in the default order or randomly using the shuffle option.
