Portable EasyThumb

Portable EasyThumb is a small software program whose purpose is to help you generate thumbnails and convert images to different file formats.

Other important tweaking parameters worth being mentioned enable you to set up the size of the thumbnails, preserve aspect ratio, enlarge small images, and insert frames with custom color and size.

You can export thumbnails to the same format as the source files or save them to JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, WMF, EMF, or TGA format, configure filenames, as well as adjust the JPG and PNG quality.
