EssentialPIM Pro Portable 4.54

This is the portable version of EssentialPIM Pro, a software which enables you to manage your private information in a user-friendly environment.

Since installation is not necessary, you can place EssentialPIM Pro Portable on a USB flash drive and directly run it on any computer. Also, your Windows registry will remain intact.

The interface of the application is clean and pretty intuitive. You can create a new task by specifying the subject, location, status, start and end time, duration, priority, completion level and category.

But you can also add notes and attachments, enable a reminder (at the event time or before the task), set EssentialPIM Pro to repeat the task, as well as mark it as an all-day event or exclusive task.

Furthermore, you can create to do lists, notes, contacts and messages, schedule an event and take notes, manage emails and contacts.

In addition, you can password-protect EssentialPIM Pro, connect to a server, manage multiple databases, import, export and synchronize information, check out a window with reminders, as well as use the undo and redo functions.

In "Options" you can set EssentialPIM Pro to minimize to system tray and to automatically run at system startup, allow multiple instances, enable autosave data and backups, reconfigure keyboard shortcuts, manage Outlook, Windows Mobile, Palm and Google accounts for synchronization, and more.

The application requires moderate system resources, includes a comprehensive help file with snapshots for beginners, supports several languages and automatically checks for updates upon initialization. We haven't come across any issues during our tests and highly recommend EssentialPIM Pro Portable to all users.
