Portable Full Customize Address Book is a reliable program, designed to help you organize contact details in a comprehensive database. The application is simple to use and allows you to export the lists, search for names, print envelopes covers or send messages via email/SMS to the selected contacts.

Portable Full Customize Address Book allows you to easily view the entries in the address book or to append the list. The main screen displays the database of contacts, as a table, on the left and a fill-in form on the right. This particular setup allows you to quickly enter the data, then save it to the list. You may customize the number or names of the fields, according to your preferences.

You may add new entries or modify the existing ones with a few mouse clicks. Moreover, a hidden panel displays all a list of todo tasks and reminders that you created. The software supports setting reminders and prompting a notification window each time one of them goes off. This way, you do not need to forget important events, birthdays or anniversaries.

Portable Full Customize Address Book supports sending messages to the selected contacts, as long as you filled in the correct data. All you need to do is configure the SMTP server, in order to send emails or the SMS sending service (Internet API or USB Dongle). You can create custom messages or use one of the templates, that you create in advance.

The application features a tabbed interface, which allows you to open several instances at once and easily switch between them. Moreover, you can use the auto-hiding panel to view or edit the reminders/tasks. The software also supports printing cheques, labels, free format and grid reports, which you can customize with the help of the built-in designer.

Portable Full Customize Address Book supports importing data from VCards or from Microsoft Access database files. The export function allows you to save free format and grid reports to PDF, HTML, MHT, RTF, XLS, XLSX, CSV, text or image files. Data backup and password protection can easily be enabled or disabled.
