Portable GTD Timer

Portable GTD Timer is an efficient and reliable software solution that can be used to create alarms, reminders and countdown clocks, allowing you to closely schedule how you spend your time, both when working and when you are on a break.

Since it is a standalone tool, it does not need to be installed on the computer, so you can get started with it immediately after download, as all you need to do is run the executable.

Consequently, Portable GTD Timer can be stored and carried with you on any removable storage device; you can use it on all compatible systems, at work or at home, and it does not leave a trace behind.

The application comes with a set of ‘Presets’, for instance ‘Pomodoro: Work Session’, ‘Pomodoro: Break session’, ‘Stop Watch’, ‘Max Alarm’, ‘Time Tracker’, ‘Hibernate System’ and others, but you can also create and add your own.

You can even configure a preferred message to be displayed when the timer expires. Once you start your timer, a small window will appear in the lower left corner of your screen, but you can hide it from the right-click menu. Similarly, it can be paused or stopped, if needed.

By default, Portable GTD Timer runs minimized in the notification area, but you can access its context menu and customize its running preferences, add new ‘Presets’ or configure ‘Quick Access’ options. Moreover, you can generate time reports in CSV or HTML format and save it to a previously defined folder.
