Portable TimeGT

Portable TimeGT is a task management tool capable of storing all your important notes or ideas in a single working environment and synchronizing tasks securely between your computers. It is available on Windows, Linux and Mac.

This is the portable version of TimeGT which comes with several benefits. You may run it by simply opening the executable file and copy it on any USB flash drive or other portable devices.

It does not leave traces in your Windows registry so you can get rid of it by deleting the package that you have grabbed from the Internet.

The GUI looks clean and easy to decode and this is probably one of the program’s biggest advantages. It doesn’t overwhelm you with tons of configuration settings and make your life harder by spending minutes wondering where to get started.

You can create an unlimited number of nested projects which are displayed in a tree-like view. You may add subprojects, add or delete them, copy the entire project structure or only the selected items to the clipboard, and undo your actions.

Designing a new task can be done by providing information about the name, assigning tags, and writing user-defined notes. Plus, you are allowed to pick the start and due dates from two built-in calendars, as well as the time (in hours and minutes).

A global search function is implemented for helping you quickly identify tasks in a list, while tags can be used for filtering the tasks. You can also import Remember the Milk projects so you can continue working on them.

The tool lets you set up a master password for keeping away unauthorized users, delete all archived items, show deleted items, as well as reveal counters for the completed tasks.

Portable TimeGT allows you to run the utility at Windows startup, change the font size, alter the time zone, pick the date format, select the time used to keep changed tasks in the list, as well as set up network parameters.
