Portable bookTome

Portable bookTome is a software application dedicated to helping individuals keep track of all the books they have in their home or computer, which of them they have read and create wish lists.

Seeing that this is the portable version of bookTome, you are not required to install it. As a consequence, the Windows registry and Start menu/screen are not going to be updated with new entries.

In addition to that, it is possible to use Portable bookTome on any computer you have access to, by copying the program files to a portable storage unit, such as a USB flash drive. You can also copy them to any location on the hard disk, in order to run the utility from there.

The easy-to-use interface consists of a navigation panel and a window in which to display all the actions available.

You can add an unlimited number of books along with a myriad of details, including title and author, book cover (JPG, GIF, BMP, ICO, PNG etc.), number of book and pages, ISBN, publisher, purchase date and price, rating (from one to five stars), description and tags.

A search function will enable you to look into several fields (title, author, purchase store, book number, tags etc.) by inputting a keyword.

By using this software tool, you can also manage wish lists, add e-books and orders you have placed. The settings panel enables you to perform automatic daily backups, show history features, configure view (small or large thumbnails, change color scheme, display particular columns etc.).
