HTMtied Portable is a small software application whose purpose is to help you convert user-defined URLs to shortcut files so you can quickly access your favorite websites.

You can take advantage of the tool’s portability status and copy it on USB flash drives so you can have it with you all the time. Since it does not write entries to your Windows registry, you can get rid of it using a simple deletion task.
