Portable Cookie Monster

Portable Cookie Monster is a small Windows application whose purpose is to help you delete cookies stored by popular web browser, such as Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

Since this is the portable version of the program, it is important to mention that it doesn’t leave any traces in the Windows Registry.

You can copy it on any USB flash drive or other devices, and take it with you whenever you need to clean cookies on the breeze, without having to go through installation steps.

The intuitive interface makes it easier for you to discover and tweak the program’s features. Plus, most of the dedicated parameters are integrated in the main window, so you can seamlessly configure the entire process.

Portable Cookie Monster empowers you to create a list with cookies that are excluded from the deletion task. You can view extra details about each cookie, such as name, value, creation and expiration date, as well as file path.

You may delete all cookies or only the selected ones, while the protected items remain untouched. What’s more, you are allowed to perform search operations in order to quickly identify a cookie in the list, mark items as favorite, refresh the list with detected cookies with just one click, and export the list with protected items to CLST file format.

There’s support for a few settings that you can work with. The tool lets you specify the cookies folders for Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Opera.

What’s more, you can make the program show a confirmation dialog for cookies removal, show cookie information, check if the web browsers are opened before deletion, save protected cookies list on exit, delete cookies at session start, automatically refresh the list with cookies, allow drag and drop between cookies lists, and reveal the names of the web browsers in the list.

Tests have shown that Portable Cookie Monster automatically detects the available cookies for any installed browser and carries out the deletion operation pretty quickly.
